Graduated from MGSU with the degree in Hydraulic Engineering. In 2005-2021 worked in the executive offices and subsidiaries of PAO Rosseti (one of the leading Russian electric power companies in terms of technological innovations in the electricity distribution grid sector), OAO FGC UES (Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System, a state-owned energy company) and RusHydro (Russian hydroelectricity company).
