Anna D. Merkulova – the Group of Companies Mosproekt-3 CEOGraduated from MGSU in 2004.
Her career started in an international holding company, where she held positions from engineer to vice president, specializing in the design of technologically complex multi-level road structures. Anna Merkulova is the author of the first reconstruction projects of the "clover" interchanges on the Moscow Automobile Ring Road (MKAD).
In 2021 she was recognized as the engineer of the year and as the best in the field of underground construction by the Tunnel Association of Russia annual competition expert commission. Being the Mosproekt-3 CEO she keeps making great contribution the Digital Economy National program.
