Elena Babikova – Minister of Fuel and Energy Complex and Housing and Communal Services of the Tambov region
Graduated from MGSU with a degree in Water Supply and Water Disposal.
She worked for Novolipetsk Steel (NLMK), Municipal unitary enterprise “Lipetsk Aeration Station” and the State Unitary Enterprise “Lipetsk District Vodokanal”. Since 2019 she has been working in the Capital Repair Fund of the city of Lipetsk, where she started as the First Deputy director.
