Yury V. Roslyak - Auditor of the Accounting Chamber of the Russian Federation
Graduated from MISI named after Valerian V. Kuibyshev (now – MGSU) with a degree in Hydraulic Engineering Construction in 1975.
In 1976 he became the designer of the "Mosgidrostal" of the USSR Ministry of Energy. In 1979, he joined the Main Department of Capital Construction of the Moscow City Executive Committee, where he held various engineering and technical positions.
Later held a number of government positions (first Deputy Mayor in the Government of Moscow in 2003—2010, representative from the executive authorities of Moscow in the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in 2010 – 2013, Auditor of the Accounting Chamber of the Russian Federation since 2013).
He is the honorary builder of the Russian Federation, awarded with a number of state honors.
