Yury V. Zaytsev - Scientist and diplomat
Mr. Zaytsev is the Honorary Member of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences. In 1992 – 1995 he worked as the Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to International Organizations in Vienna.
